DAMAC Hills is a gated community in Dubailand developed by DAMAC Properties, laid out around the Trump International Golf Club. It covers everything from studio flats to seven-bedroom villas, so jobs vary a lot by address. Apartment buildings include the Golf Vita, Golf Panorama, Golf Horizon and Golf Terrace blocks, Carson and Loreto; villa and townhouse areas include Richmond, Silver Springs, Utopia and The Turf; and the larger homes sit in places such as Belair at The Trump Estates and along Beverly Hills Drive.
Access is mainly from Al Qudra Road and Hessa Street, with Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street improving links to other main roads and Emirates Road nearby. Inside, palm-lined private roads connect the sub-communities, many of which are gated individually. There is no metro and bus services are limited, so the place is built around cars: parking is allotted per unit, with visitor spaces as well.
Those internal gates are what matter on moving day. A move needs approval from community management, and the gatehouse for your sub-community needs to know the truck and team are expected; apartment buildings add their own rules on service lifts and time slots. Many villas are privately owned and let by individual landlords, so a villa tenant will usually be dealing with both the owner and the community office. We see plenty of moves between DAMAC Hills and nearby Town Square, Motor City and Arabian Ranches, apartment residents moving up to a villa within the community, and larger villa jobs where outdoor furniture and gym equipment add to the load.
