Moving in Town Square
Town Square is Nshama's master-planned community on Al Qudra Road, set back from the main carriageway and bordered by The Sustainable City, Mudon and Arabian Ranches 2, with Reem and Mira to the north. Building started in 2015 and further phases such as Elaya, FIA, Savannah and Alton are still due for handover, so first move-ins to new units are a regular part of life here.
The housing falls into two groups. The apartment buildings, among them Zahra Apartments, Rawda, the Hayat Boulevard blocks and the 12-storey UNA co-living building, run from studios to three bedrooms. Townhouses make up the rest: Zahra, Naseem, Samaa and Hayat, mostly three and four bedrooms, with Naseem and some others in gated clusters. Apartment jobs are usually small to medium and turn on the service-lift booking. Townhouse jobs are whole homes with internal stairs, so we plan which items go up and which need dismantling before the crew arrives.
Town Square is designed for car owners. Every property has dedicated parking, public transport is limited to the J02 bus, and residents' shuttles run to Mall of the Emirates. Al Qudra Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road connect it to the rest of Dubai. Move approvals come from community or building management, not from the moving company, and the details differ between apartment buildings and townhouse clusters, so get the approval in place before locking in a truck date. Many tenants leaving a Town Square rental also need the unit handed back clean, and we can combine the move with end-of-tenancy cleaning or touch-up painting on the same booking. Common routes include moves within the community from a flat to a townhouse, and moves to and from DAMAC Hills, Mudon and Arabian Ranches.

Who approves a move in Town Square?
Approval comes from the community or building management for your unit, not from the moving company. Requirements differ between apartment buildings and townhouse clusters, and gated clusters such as Naseem add their own security checks. Ask your landlord or community office which documents they need; we supply our trade licence and vehicle details.
Can a Town Square townhouse be moved in one day?
